The Team

Roger Hackett

President & Chief Executive Officer

Roger is responsible for the strategic direction of Incentive Logic and oversees all sales and marketing on a global basis, including all operations, technology development, client services and administration.

Prior to joining Incentive Logic, Roger served as Chairman and CEO of Sensory Science from 1991-2001. This AMEX company grew to $250M before the company was sold to Sonicblue in June of 2001. From 2002-2004, Roger served as President of San Diego-based Emergency and Acute Care Medical Corporation. EACMC designed and administered specialty physician compensation programs. This regional company gained national recognition under Roger's leadership. From 1986 to 1991, he served as Senior Vice President of Serving Software Inc., a Minnesota-based provider of computer software used in the health care industry. Roger received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University.

Alicia Coleman

Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Client Services

Alicia is responsible for the company's sales in North America, Europe and Asia. She is also responsible for enabling the client support team to be more responsive to each customer's unique requirement. Alicia brings an extensive knowledge of the loyalty incentive marketplace which began with ownership in a reward catalog business in the mid-1990's. She is one of the main driving forces in signing many of the top clients since the company's inception. Previously, she held positions at Hewlett-Packard headquarters and Ernst & Young. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arizona.

Roberto Guerrieri

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Roberto is responsible for the company's product, lead generation and corporate marketing strategy. Roberto spends much of his time working directly with clients around the world to help them define their loyalty and incentive marketing visions and strategies.

From 1998 to early 2003, Roberto served as the company's CEO and COO leading the team to multiple year 60%-plus revenue growth. Prior to co-founding the company, he held an executive marketing position at CalComp Input Technologies leading their first consumer product into retail distribution. From 1988-1997, Roberto held several leadership roles in Silicon Valley with Hewlett-Packard and Apple Computer. Roles included: USA Home PC product line marketing for the Pavilion brand and Apple Computer's Macintosh Performa brand. He holds a Bachelor Arts degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona and is currently a board-member of the Online Incentive Council.

Phil Leger

Vice President of Operations & Reward Fulfillment

Phil is responsible for delivering operational excellence to our clients' worldwide member base and leads the company's Reward Fulfillment business unit. He is committed to providing a suite of world-class fulfillment, reward management and operation solutions that ensure our clients achieve meaningful business relationships with their member base. Phil joined the company in 2000 and held executive positions in client services and vendor management.
