Client Administration Privacy Policy

Effective as of May 2005

Incentive Logic has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to client and member privacy. Privacy on the client administration website (the "Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

Collected Information

We require clients who register to use the services ("Services") offered on our Site to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, campaign permissions, module permissions and e-mail address.

Incentive Logic uses the information that we collect to set up Services for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact clients to further discuss client interest in our company, the Services that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Clients are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Client email addresses and any personal Client information will not be distributed or shared with any third parties. Clients can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support@incentivelogic.com. Separately, Clients are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Client Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and Clients can opt out of receiving any communication by emailing support@incentivelogic.com at the time it is distributed, or at the time any Client registers for the Service.

Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Incentive Logic Master Services Agreement, we do not disclose to any third-party the information provided. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Incentive Logic share any user information with these parties.

Clients of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). Incentive Logic will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Incentive Logic Master Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

Incentive Logic may also collect certain information from visitors to and Clients of the Site, such as IP addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and Clients and provide such information to third parties.

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Incentive Logic will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Incentive Logic does not use this information for any other purpose.

Cookie

When you interact with the Incentive Logic Web site, we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Web site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are small amounts of information that Web browsers temporarily store in a computer's memory or hard drive.

Incentive Logic uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in and carry information from one web page to another. This information allows Incentive Logic to process your online requests and to ensure that you are who you say you are after you've logged in. We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in these cookies. For example, we do not store any passwords in cookies.

Cookies are not required to use the Incentive Logic application, but it is recommended that you leave cookies turned on in order to achieve the best experience possible. All Incentive Logic cookies are temporary and will disappear when you close your web browser.

Third Party Cookies: We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our website to help us administer our website and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any personally identifiable information. All data collected by such third parties on behalf of salesforce.com is used only to provide us with information on site usage and is not shared with any other third parties.

Security

Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When our Site is accessed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL), this technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Incentive Logic also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, Incentive Logic provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a Client logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.

Incentive Logic, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for our web sites as hosted by Incentive Logic, Inc.

Data Collection Usage

Incentive Logic provides points program and Folio redemption delivery as a service to clients. During the process of collecting contact information from Folio/reward recipients, names, email addresses, shipping addresses and phone numbers are collected.

All contact information collected during the shipping information data gathering process is used to facilitate orders (i.e., to get in touch with a reward recipient when necessary for fulfilling a Folio order). The contact, demographic and profiling information we collect from you may also be used to improve and customize the content of our site. This information is NOT shared with outside organizations for commercial purposes.

This information may also become the property of our client and is subject to their privacy policy as provided on their site. As a vendor to the sponsor, Incentive Logic takes its role very seriously. We will not sell, rent or give your personally identifiable information to anyone other than our client.

Additionally, we may share your information under the following conditions:

• We have your consent.
• We need to provide your information to an Incentive Logic vendor who is working on our behalf to deliver your selected item to you.
• We are responding to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.

IP Addresses

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. In the Internet Protocol (IP), an IP address is a 32-bit number that identifies each sender or receiver's system.

Cookies

For each visitor, we may create a browser cookie that we use to keep track of your visits to our web site and to help our site run more smoothly. No private information is stored through our use of Cookies. While Cookies enhance your experience at an Incentive Logic web site, they are not required to facilitate an order. A cookie is a coded piece of information, stored on your computer that can be used to identify your computer during the current and subsequent visits to a web site.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Incentive Logic makes every effort to ensure that the information you provide when ordering is protected while you use our site.

Your Points Program account information is password protected for your privacy and security. You may edit this information at any time. However, please use all appropriate measures to protect your password. The protection of each password remains the responsibility of the respective account holder.

Incentive Logic may amend or edit this policy from time to time. If we make any major changes in the way in which we use your personal information we will post a notice to that effect on the Points Program Web site.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Incentive Logic does not own or control, or to people that Incentive Logic does not employ or manage.
